Booking and Payment

To reserve a cabin or schedule an event, contact us with credit card information or book online on your cabin's page.  To secure your reservation, we require a 25% deposit.  Payment in full can be made upon arrival.  We accept cash and all major credit cards.  No checks please.  

Cancellation

Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 60 days (90 days for Shoshone cabin) of your stay.  If you must cancel, your reservation can be transferred to a future date without loss of your deposit.  Early departure during the summer season (May 15 - September 15) will be charged the full amount of the initial booking.

Minimum stay

There is a three night minimum stay.

Check in - Check out

Check in is 3 PM or later and check out is 10 AM.

Linens, towels

Linens, blankets, towels, etc are provided in all cabins. 

Tax

Park County, Wyoming tax includes 5% sales/use and 4% lodging. 

Pets

No pets please.

Winter

Lodging is available in winter.  Activities available in winter include wildlife-viewing, hiking, fishing, and ice climbing.  Horseback riding and other horse-related activities are not available during winter.

Weather

In summer you can expect days in the 70s and 80s and nights in the 40s and 50s (Fahrenheit).  Warmer or cooler periods can occur.  Many summer days come with a chance of thunderstorms - these storms are gusty and can blow in cold wind, rain, or snow.  In the higher country it can snow at any time of year.  In addition to your warm-weather apparel, bring a thin thermal layer, a light jacket, and something to keep you dry - especially if you plan on going riding, hiking, or fishing.
